The People's Congress of Lunan District has adopted HUAIN's paperless Conference System, professional electronic voting system and programmable central control system.
The HUAIN HY-7100/15 series paperless conference system is an interactive conference solution built on mobile Internet technology, integrating modern communication, audio, video and software technologies. It achieves paperless operation of modern conferences through electronic document exchange.
The system features networked document transmission, electronic document display, intelligent document editing and controllable document input/output. It is equipped with independently controllable lifting touch screens, and integrates customized paperless conference functions with a dedicated voting system for people's congress sessions. Its core functions cover meeting check-in, document distribution, document upload, synchronized document presentation and voting.
Deployed on a local area network to build an interactive conference environment, the system delivers functions including document distribution, attendance check-in, voting and service calling. For the high confidentiality requirements of conference data transmission, all documents are encrypted and converted into a proprietary format for viewing to prevent information leakage. The document synchronization function is realized via touch track tracking and touch track simulation technologies, enabling precise data traffic control.
The HUAIN HY-7100/15 series paperless conference terminal is fitted with a 15.6-inch ultra-thin touch screen on the front panel, with dedicated physical buttons for check-in, approval, opposition and abstention. It adopts an embedded lifting structure, with an aviation-grade aluminum-magnesium alloy panel finished through 18 precision processing procedures.
Built with a German "IRIN" chip and optimized circuit design, the product delivers outstanding operational reliability. It adopts a multi-point balanced lifting mechanism and high-precision guide rails to ensure stable, uniform and smooth lifting movement. With digital intelligent synchronous positioning and recognition processing technology, all terminals maintain consistent lifting speed. Powered by an ultra-quiet motor, its operating noise is controlled below 30 decibels. It supports automatic microphone arm alignment during descent, and is compatible with wired control, remote control, central control and group control modes.
The HUAIN paperless conference system supports synchronizing video content played on any multimedia terminal to all other conference terminals and the main display, or casting to the main display only.
It covers full-scenario conference functions including attendance check-in, voting, interactive electronic whiteboard, document annotation, in-meeting messaging, service request and meeting notification. It supports intelligent document push: backend documents are automatically delivered to front-end terminals according to the meeting agenda and permission settings. Access control can be configured for each document, and terminals without authorization will be automatically blocked from viewing restricted files.
The system is compatible with mainstream office software and common file formats. It supports custom dynamic playback of PPT files with full native special effects retained, and enables one-click screen mirroring on any terminal.
It supports asynchronous browsing: any authorized terminal can switch between remote and local display content with one click for flexible signal interaction. The presenter tracking feature allows terminals in asynchronous browsing mode to sync to the presenter's current document and video interface with a single click.
External input signals, including video signals, computer signals and DVD player signals, can be mirrored to all conference terminals for synchronized display.
