1. HUAIN conference system equipment after-sales service terms
1.1 Performance Commitment:
Thank you for choosing HUAIN conference system products, HUain conference system equipment for our production and management products, factory have passed strict inspection, products according to the specified period of warranty, lifelong maintenance.
1.1.1 Equipment warranty period (excluding customized products and accessories) :

1.1.3 Terms of Performance Pledge:
1. During the replacement period, we provide free product replacement, so that you can quickly solve the product failure during the replacement period without any charge; But does not include custom products, and product accessories.
2. Hardware custom products do not enjoy the replacement service, only enjoy the warranty service.
3. During the warranty period, we provide free product maintenance. When the product is returned, you need to confirm the product return through us. After confirming, we will return the product according to your requirements, but the corresponding transportation costs need to be borne by you.
4. When you need, Huayin can upgrade the product return transportation to fast shipping according to your request.
5. In principle, our company can provide paid on-site technical services under the following conditions:
● The customer shall bear the round-trip transportation and accommodation costs, and pay the standard service fee.
● In case of force majeure, we do not provide on-site technical services. Force majeure factors include, but are not limited to, earthquakes, floods and other natural disasters, strikes, changes in laws and regulations, political instability, wars, government restrictions, insurrections, riots and other events.

1.1.5 Replacement/repair during the warranty period:
● According to the warranty terms, during the warranty period, our company is responsible for repairing or replacing the product. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery at the company's shipping place (based on the invoice issued by the shipper, etc.), and the specific warranty period is carried out according to the provisions of various equipment categories and models.
● During the replacement period, if the product is damaged by non-human causes, we will provide a new product to replace the defective product that does not meet the initial installation.
● During the warranty period, if the product is not damaged by human, our company will bear the cost of repair after the product is returned, including parts and labor, standard renovation, and software/hardware upgrades are free, you only need to bear the cost of round-trip transportation of the product. We will process your product as soon as we receive it.
● During the warranty period, if it is found that the product is faulty due to negligence or improper use, the service fee and transportation fee shall be charged.
● Repair of products beyond the warranty period, all costs are borne by you. We provide a standard repair price list, including parts, labor, standard refurbishment and all shipping charges, which you can pay by transfer.
2. Other equipment after-sales service terms
In addition to the products produced by our company, the warranty of other equipment is carried out in accordance with the after-sales service terms of the product manufacturer.
3. Packaging and transportation of returned goods
It is your responsibility to protect the value of the returned product and to use the correct packaging and transportation method when returning the product. If the product is damaged due to the following packaging and transportation requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the warranty service.
1. Packaging requirements:
● All equipment shall be packed in the original packaging box of the equipment or other equivalent packaging suitable for transportation, and ensure that the corresponding accessories are complete;
● All equipment must be safely packed in the outer packing box to prevent equipment damage;
● There must be sufficient outer packaging to protect the products inside from possible damage during shipping.
2. Transportation requirements:
● Road or suitable mode of transportation to ensure product quality.
